Crown Jewels

One of my absolute favorite shows is Reign. Since I have a passion for both history and fashion, Reign was a best of both worlds for me. I am also a huge fan of Meredith Markworth-Pollack’s costumes she creates for Reign. I love how she mixes modern and historical clothing together to give the show a little bit of a modern twist to otherwise  dark, heavy clothing of that time period. One of my dreams was to be on that show or at least be an extra just so I could wear one of the costumes. Sadly, our time with Reign has come to an end. The show canceled its fifth season on the CW, but the show will still be airing its fourth season tonight February 10, 2017. So in honor of my favorite show and beloved characters I have some headpieces and “little crowns” inspired by the show so all of us can feel like queens.

Hello everyone! My name is Greta and I am excited to share my fashion/lifestyle adventures with you! Let me tell you guys a little bit about myself. I am originally from Minnesota and  I am currently studying fashion merchandising at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have loved fashion every since I was thirteen years old and have dreamed of working in that industry ever since. I love to take pictures of fashion and lifestyle and I thought that it would be fun to share it with you.

This blog will be about the fun and creativeness of fashion and celebrate the awesomeness of being a magical redhead! I love the way how clothes can make you feel confident and inspire people to go after their dreams. My style is a little bit of a melting pot. I like to experiment with different styles and pieces so I am never really set to one category of style. I personally like to look at outfit collages or pictures of people’s clothing and accessories, so  with my interest in that, I feel that putting my outfit looks on this blog is the best way for me to channel my inner creativeness and hopefully inspire others along the way.

Some of my style icons or people who influence my style or whom I admire are Leandra Medine from the Man Repeller, Chiara Ferragni from the Blonde Salad, Miroslava Duma, Alexandra Pereira from Lovely Pepa, Julia Engel from Gal Meets Glam, etc… I am thrilled to start this journey with my blog, Wear The Redhead Clothes, and I hope you will enjoy it!
